The Colorado River runs through seven of the US states: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, California, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. It weaves through its source from the Rocky Mountains all the way through the Grand Canyons, into vast wetlands, and eventually to the gulf of California. Visitors can travel there via car or plane.
